The Concept

The All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family is a new member of our All-in-One Revit Door Family Series which makes it simple to build countless different Garage Doors with just one single Revit Family. This Revit Garage Door Family is fully parametric allowing you to setup a variety of Garage Doors including Up-and-Over Garage Doors, Roller Garage Doors as well as Sectional Garage Doors. Additionally you can activate a Dock Shelter / Dock Seal for each of these Garage Door types.

Up-and-Over Garage Door

The Up-and-Over Garage Door is widely used in residential projects and easy to setup with this All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family. The parametric frame as well as the guide rails all adjust to almost any manufacturer type in order to setup the Garage Door best possible specifically for your Revit Project.

Roller Garage Door

The Roller Garage Door is typically used in commercial or retail projects. With just one parameter you transform the overhead guide rail into the roller housing containing the roll. The number of door panel profiles is adjustable via either a number or height and using the material parameter you can match this All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family to the exact Roller Garage Door you need for your Revit Project.

Sectional Garage Door

The Sectional Garage Door is widely used in commercial as well as residential projects. The All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family allows you with its parametric door panel, to setup either plane solid or framed door panels with glazing, which gives you a great flexibility to setup the Sectional Garage Door for your specific Revit Project.

Dock Shelter / Dock Seal

Additional to the great flexibility to switch between 3 different Garage Door Types (Up-and-Over-, Roller- and Sectional Garage Door) the All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family allows you to show a Dock Shelter as it is widely used at delivery bays. The Dock Shelter is fully parametric as it is the entire All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family.

Guide Rail - Frame

The All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family allows you to adjust the rail - frame exactly to your requirements in order to make the right design decisions for wall openings, required, space, etc. accordingly to the manufacturer specifications of your choice.

Show overhead space in Plan view

It is often very important to make the required overhead space visible in plan view in order to coordinate the door with other building elements. The All-in-One Garage Door Revit Family allows you to activate the visibility of hidden lines showing the required overhead space.
